This is part of the #CareerAdvice series - featuring successful professionals who share their advice to people who would want to take their career to the next level.

If you have ever climbed a mountain, although the journey is strenuous, you know how exciting it is to realize you are about to get on top of one of the world's roofs; especially for the first time when you do not yet know what to expect or how it is going to be like.

Today, I had an opportunity to interview one who has made the quote "Risk takers, profit makers" into a reality: he is Simon Z, CEO of Rantic Social Marketing & PR aka "SocialVEVO and Swenzy", a social media marketing website that sells social media following for customers ranging from musician giants to small business starters.

With the big words handing in the official website "Build. Promote. Grow", Simon has been able to online promote thousands of old fashioned, stagnating business providers to a climax, grabbing thousands to millions real human social media attention.

Adding more about his success Simon answered in his own words to the question; how he placed the stepping stone to his carrier,

"After working years in a 9-5 job I decided I had enough of it. Thinking there was nothing else out there for me I went head first into the scary world of Internet Marketing. I spent hours educating myself towards my goal and I thought I couldn't make it until I had my big break."

"One day I'm a grown man clicking away pointlessly in front of the computer and the next I have an army of employees and a successful business that I am proud to call mine. I had many moments where I was about to quit but what got me here is my determination."

As every entrepreneur that dominates in the online realm, Simon's unquenched desire to be a ruler in social media marketing has flourished thankful to his uncountable courage and dedication towards his dream. Like every go-getter, Simon also had to face lots of burdens while climbing carrier ladder to the peak.

"I was going to give up but my friend (who wishes to remain unnamed) told me it's the hardship that builds you up so you can handle what life has to offer on the road ahead. I also believe struggle is one of the biggest blessings, struggle is what can lead us to success, if we did not experience struggle we will never know what it feels like to be truly successful."

All of us inevitably have to undergo an infinite extended unstoppable competition where most of us let go our success merely because of not being able to face it. As a reply to the question; if you could advise your 20-year-old self today, what you would tell him: he replied with a challenging ascent...

"Don't stop crossing this bridge that you've worked so hard building; it leads to a great future. "
Coming to an end, this great master piece of online business realm is worth to be mentioned as an effort against a long odyssey filled with storms and blizzards which he advises to the millennial just starting with their career, with his last words of the interview:

"When you're approaching something new, don't listen to those doubts planted into your head. In the end, the experience alone is worth it."
